In 1999, I went to Jamaica for the first time and I met Capleton in David House, Papine. It was a life-changing moment, and Jamaica offered me more than I had expected (although I had expected a lot!). I took this picture of Capleton and the members of the David House in a few seconds, and it has become the most iconic picture ever published in the magazine. It is today part of our Jamaica Insula exhibition, currently displayed in Rouen (France), at Le 106. We made a wallpaper out of it!
